24 Days of Emerging Designers: Anna Coroneo

Anna Corneo

Anna Coroneo

United-Kingdon-Flag-Multimedia artist Anna Coroneo has a knack for creating lively, whimsical prints. She started in Australia creating works of art on canvas. From here, she went global and continued her education at Parsons and Central St.Martins honing in on design and the business of fashion. Soon after, she began translating her work on to accessories. Creating scarves with fun, easy-to-wear subjects like her kisses collection and remixes of elements in nature, Anna’s fashion designs started to become well-received in New York.

Now based in London, for spring, she’s taken her signatures and created a contemporary womenswear collection that’s full of energy through prints and solids with a rich color story that compliment each other. Free flowing skirts, lightweight blouses, dresses and blazers come in variations of silk along with tweed and embroidered fabrics to make up the season. Together, the line is feminine, but powerful and shows how classic styles can be more propriety through creative graphic expression.
