With a focus on slow fashion and limited availability garments, Antonio Zorrilla and Carmen Ríos brought their fashion design and marketing experience together to create Tales & Mileto. Based in Spain, the line seeks a thoughtful approach to design and is going against the fast fashion calendar.
We wanted to create warmer designs with strong personality, far from impersonal fashion. We believe that we have to be specialized in one king of product and offer something different and unique. And we did it.
Believing in fashion with integrity, the duo creates 10 -15 items per silhouette. Described as a Mediterranean style with a international spirit, the collection consists of a variety of bodies that keep the menswear line fresh. There’s lightweight cotton shirts, one with a relaxed, crisp dolman sleeve that brings variety to the everyday. Kimono elements mixed with double breasted construction also piques interest. Even their Gio shirt with piping and individually sourced vintage patches takes the traditional and gives the piece some talk value.
