Based in New York, the clinic is open to all across the country and while they focus on U.S. jurisdiction, they welcome international designers. Meetings take place in person or via conference call depending on the location of the individual.
For those that want to learn more about fashion law, they also offer a summer bootcamp program. This intensive that will immerse participants into fashion law and offer a forum for networking and provide a broader knowledge of the industry. Some of the topics covered include: licensing agreements, sustainability and green fashion, counterfeiting and import and export regulations.
