Open Call: Flying Solo Collective in New York (Sponsored)

SoHo Collective

The Flying Solo Collective is a new designer-driven concept in New York’s Nolita neighborhood. The retail store and showroom will allow brands to connect with consumers and build their business.

They are looking for talented emerging designers to be a part of the community. Brands applying should produce women’s ready-to-wear, jewelry, shoes, hats and sunglasses.

Building off the success of their past month-long pop-ups with emerging designers, founder Elizabeth Solomeina decided to focus on a long term space so that their customers could more easily visit them every month. “Designer collectives that can sell ahead-of-the-trend clothing and accessories directly to consumers for a lower price is the future of retail.”

Those accepted will be able to select the type of membership that works best for their business and help build the network by joining forces to utilize and share resources. 100% of the sales go to the designer (retail and showroom) while also having access to press, stylists and the space.

The Flying Solo Collective store & showroom is located at 224 Mulberry between Spring and Prince in a prime retail area with neighbors such as Creatures of Comfort, Kiehls, Convicts, Kiehl’s, Lilith, Côte a Coast, Stutterheim, McNally Jackson Bookstore, Rubirosa Pizza and Balaboosta.
