If you’ve designed accessories that show your creative flair and breaks through, you should enter the Jewelry Design Challenge by UncommonGoods, the online retailer that embraces the individual diversity of entrepreneurs. This open call is for emerging designers that make earrings, bracelets, necklaces, cufflinks and other jewelry that will “wow” the team. Just as important as your aesthetic, the panel is looking for a great story! Yes, your work should tell a story (be sure to write a good one in the product description of the entry form), show your point-of-view, creativity, and of course, have an uncommon edge.
What do you win?
The prize is $500 and an UncommonGoods vendor contract. Runners-up will receive a review of their work and tips on how to market and growing your business.
Couple things to note:
- Materials must be safe and animal friendly (no lead, leather, feathers or pearls)
- You can submit up to five images of your single design
- Your designs must be original and free of logos
- The open call is for US residents
