5 Areas to Visit at Texworld USA in New York

Texworld USA Texworld, the international sourcing trade show for fabrics, trims and accessories started yesterday at the Javits Center in New York and runs through Thursday, January 23.  As the show grows, their commitment to helping emerging designers has become stronger. We did a walk-through with the Texworld advisory board and recommend these 5 areas to visit while at the show:

1. Trade Good

This service helps brands find vendors easily. Looking for cotton with low minimums? Their match making system will help filter those resources for you to help make the souring process easier and more efficient.

2. Lenzing Pavilion

One of the leading innovation mills, their pavilion showcases various products including Lenzing TENCEL, Modal and LYCRA fibers along with a team that can explain more about their offerings.

3. Resource Center

Pantone, About Sources and Sourcing Journal are just some of the vendors in the resource center that can help you organize your business throughout the year.

4. Trend Forum

Learn about the latest trends for spring/summer 2015 at the trend forum section towards the back of the show floor. The trend team will be available to answer questions from 10-12 and 2-4  and a guided tour will be given from 11am and 3pm each day.

5. Seminars

There's a range of free seminars available to you covering trends, sourcing and industry tips throughout the two days. And, if you can't make them all, they will be on the Texworld website after the show.
