For the First Time Ever, Launches Two Pop-Up Shops in New York

Making their user experience even better by bridging the online and offline worlds,, the online flash-sale site that features emerging and established designers has launched two pop-up shops in conjunction with New York Design Week and the International Contemporary Furniture Fair. It's their effort to give consumers the opportunity to touch, feel and see those beautifully designed, make you happy, share and proudly buy products. And, of course, become even more smitten with their brand by bringing their brand ethos, "smile, you're designed to" to life at a physical destination.

Their Color Shop lives is at the FLOR carpet showroom in SoHo and features carpeting, home and fashion accessories, shirts and posters. Exclusives, limited editions and products designed for the pomp and circumstance of functional entertainment like acrylic candy coasters and a neon green roller coaster doorstop are just some of the items in the shop. Products are only for sale online or through their app, but consumers can purchase gift cards and snag complimentary pins and posters.

To pique your curiosity for British design, the London Underground Tom Dixon pop-up showcases the designer's furniture and accessories in a swanky basement space that's lit with his modern lighting, a Luminosity installation and Stumptown coffee.

What's best about both pop-ups? employees are equipped with their iPad app and are ready to sign you up and share the personal story of their brand partnerships and make sure that you've been designed to.

The pop-ups run until Tuesday, May 22. Flor Pop-Up is at 142 Wooster Street London Underground Tom Dixon Pop-Up is at 45 Bleecker Street
