Lifestyle brands Future & Fauna and Squar’d Away have partnered together to bring their specialized collection of female-designed, conscientious and sustainable goods to life with a purpose-driven pop-up shop in NYC’s Nolita neighborhood. Their edit of products focuses on female entrepreneurship, fair labor practices, sustainability, positive environmental practices and mindful consumption.

Both founders will be hosting events to encourage mindful consumerism while educating customers on this topic. A percentage of the evening’s proceeds benefiting the Michael J. Fox Foundation and Nest, an organization working alongside artisans, such as tie-dye classes, panels and workshops.

Future & Fauna

Future & Fauna is about supporting female artisans and entrepreneurs by offering products made by or designed by these women. At the same time, we strive to carry products which are ethically sourced and created in a manner that is not harmful to our planet,” says Hilliary Latham, founder of Future & Fauna. “I know there are a lot of people like me who want to know where their products are coming from, who made them and what impact they have. Future & Fauna provides an outlet to shop this way. I’m excited to showcase the collection live.

As a female entrepreneur, I’m proud to frequently partner with other woman-owned businesses and implement practices of mindful consumerism at the forefront of our operations. All Squar’d Away squares are produced in ethical facilities we’ve spent time in and the bandanas are digitally printed, which means zero wastewater since there isn’t a run-off stream,” says Sara Harari-Buchnea, founder of Squar’d Away
