A walk down Madison Avenue between 61st and 79th streets puts you on fashion's longest runway. ’The Language of Fashion" hosted by the Madison Avenue Business Improvement District is a public exhibition that features 3-D freestanding dresses made from typography by School of Visual Arts students. The exhibition was curated by Bergdorf Goodman's Linda Fargo and paired students with designer mentors including Rosie Assoulin, Jonathan Simkhai, Jason Wu and Proenza Scholuer amongst others.
