From LED lights and luminous threads that respond to text messages appearing with the swipe of a sleeve, interactive fashion is moving onto the runway and soon into our closets.

We’re seeing this come to live with fashion tech startups and luxury houses. Louis Vuitton just showed their latest tech pieces at the Viva Technology 2019 conference.

To keep you current, FIT wants you to add tech to your creative tool kit with their latest, hands-on program Add tech to your creative tool kit with this compact hands-on two-day program. Attendees will learn:

  • Learn the basics of LEDs including circuits and the small computers that make them blink and change color.

  • Learn how to work with interactivity using sensors and data

  • Learn the basic coding needed to design interactivity
